On the Tuesday we were out all day but I managed one fish in the evening so Wednesday was spent fishing all day again when things went from good to excellent catching a total of 5 fish but nothing over 12lbs, with all these fish being caught in the pool behind the big willow. Thursday was another day out but managed one fish in the evening, and Friday was spent on the lake all day.

I had two fish before 10am and then things went downhill with the carp just pushing the baits around causing slack line all the time. So I moved around opposite the big willow and tried again with the same results of slack lining, and I had set a pack up time of 6.15pm so that I could pack the car ready to leave next morning, but by 4.30pm I was starting to pray that I could have one more fish before finishing.......next
